This 1-day/8-hour course is designed for Supervisors and Managers who have FTO's, CTO's, and DTO's assigned to their shift.
Training is accredited through the NMLEA.

To identify the shift supervisor's roles, responsibilities, and to provide guidance and leadership for their shift trainers and trainees to achieve successful outcomes for new hires.
