About Our Virtual Classroom Training
TTCS provides Live Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)

We are now using Zoom, an online web-based platform for providing live training courses that are more progressive, collaborative, efficient, and cost saving for law enforcement and public safety agencies to train their staff.
Compared to pre-recorded video training programs, this training offers two-way visual and audio communication between the instructor and participants which creates a more engaging training experience through interaction, participation, exercises, case studies, and Q&A throughout the entire course of instruction.

It's almost like traditional classroom training but more convenient and we still use visual aids such as PowerPoint, Whiteboard, Video, and Audio to create the most dynamic learning environment possible.
Here's what participants are saying about our VCT classes:

*Appreciate ability to interact and discuss points with instructors and other participants.
*Instructors are very knowledgeable and keep your attention during the class.
*Course handout and supplemental materials are relevant and useful, not just a PowerPoint printout.
*Easy platforms for the class, test, and course evaluation form.
*Liked the interaction of class versus a webinar or pre-recorded type training.
*If you have a question you get instant feedback.

We can also provide Dedicated Departmental Group Training, for additional information and pricing please contact us, thank you.

VCT Courses: Training classes maintain the same high quality and standards you have come to expect in our on-site classroom courses and are developed to encompass a variety of topics including Supervision, Leadership and Management,  Trainer Development, Investigations, specific topical areas for LEO's and PST's, and Biennium required training.  Courses are Accredited through the N.M. Law Enforcement Academy.

Our payment process will remain the same, we will email an Invoice for Purchases Orders or send you the Credit Card Payment Process.
See our Terms & Conditions for registering, payments, cancellation, and refunds.

Attending a VCT Class: When it's class time, just click on the link or enter the private ID number and Password provided in the registration confirmation email and you're there. (you don't have to have a zoom account) By using a computer or iPad with a webcam and mic, required, we can all interact with each other, learn, and have some fun. To enhance the learning environment, classes will be limited to twenty (20) participants per training session.
Departments with multiple registrations may place them into a group of 5-6 in a classroom or conference room and use a single computer webcam and mic.
For additional information on attending a class, see the VCT User Guide.

After Completing the Training: When a class has ended, participants will be given links and passwords to complete an online test and course evaluation form to fulfill LEA training accreditation requirements.
Note: Certificates of completion for a training class will not be issued until both the test and evaluation form are received by TTCS within the specified time frame after the class.

Security Measures: TTCS takes the security of our online training courses and participants very serious. To help prevent access from unwanted guests that may disrupt a class, we have put in place several security measures:

Each individual training course will be assigned a random class ID number, internet link, and password that is emailed only to registered participants. When joining a training session, participants will automatically be placed in a virtual waiting room until the instructor admits them into the class. Once the training session begins, it will be locked to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

For additional information see our VCT User Guide
If you, your department or IT staff have any questions or need additional information please contact us, thank you.

We look forward to seeing you in one of our VCT courses.
