Our Mission

We are committed to providing high quality professional training and consulting services that reflect high standards of excellence for personnel and organizational development.

Our Background
TTCS has provided training and consulting services for
Law Enforcement, Public Safety, Government, and Private sectors in New Mexico since 1986 and became a full-time training company in 2004.
We have provided more than 500 training classes, trained over 10,000 personnel, and have provided consulting services on matters of Selection and Hiring Standards, Policy, Training, and Property Evidence Processes. TTCS has established professional relationships with over 500 law enforcement, public safety, government and private organizations.
 We have presented training classes to law enforcement and public safety training academies and conferences including;

TTCS also supports the New Mexico Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Law Enforcement Conference, the New Mexico Association of Counties, and the Deputy James McGrane  Annual Street Survival Training Seminars.

Learning Environments
TTCS believes in creating the best learning environment possible by leading students through the learning process with professional instructors, progressive teaching methodology, student materials, dynamic multimedia, and interactive participation during each of our classes. We offer both On-Site and Virtual Classroom Training
 
We continually research current trends, laws, regulations, standards, and best practices to provide the most consistent and up-to-date information to our students.
 
Students receive detailed training manuals and access to other resources and materials to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities for their professional development and respective job assignments.
