We will always try to work with and accommodate our customers, but when a department or attendee does not provide notice of cancellation it creates an overall impact on our training costs and for those participants who may be on a waiting list to attend.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of Cancellations - The participant and/or organization MUST notify TTCS four (4) business days prior to the day of class otherwise a fee of $75.00 per participant will be charged. Agencies WILL BE invoiced and charged the full tuition for participants who failed to show up for a training class without any prior notice of cancellation to TTCS.
Replacements for registered participants are acceptable up to 8:00 a.m. on the first day of training, if possible please let us know in advance.
Cancellation by TTCS - In the event a class is cancelled by TTCS due to insufficient enrollment, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify the organization of the cancellation by e-mail and if necessary by telephone. Organizations will have the opportunity to automatically register their staff in the next available class. If applicable, registration fees will be refunded without charges or fees from TTCS.
TTCS is not responsible for any other related costs, charges, fees or expenses including but not limited to hotel, food, airlines, travel agencies, rental vehicles or individual credit card company refund fees for any reason.
