This 5-day/40-hour course is designed for Law Enforcement, Dispatch/Communications, Detention/Corrections, FTOs, CTOs, Instructors, Administrative Support, and other Public Safety Personnel.
Training is accredited through the NMLEA and accepted towards 40 hours of Advanced Credit for First Line Supervisor Level Certification.

Roles and duties of a first line supervisor or manager to lead, direct, and influence their staff to reduce organizational liability and effectively create higher levels of professionalism within an organization and their communities.
