Course Focus:
Students learn critical aspects and demands for being a CTO through the development of necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities in a Field Training and Evaluation Program to successfully train new hire and lateral telecommunicators.
Training follows National Standards for CTO including the San Jose Model.

Students participate in open discussion, practical exercises, and are required to evaluate and document a trainee's behavior and performance on several DORs throughout the class and pass a written exam to receive a certificate of completion.
