This 2.5-day/20-hour course is designed to give an in-depth understanding for managing or coordinating an FTO, CTO, or DTO program withing an agency.

This 5-day/40-hour course is designed to prepare instructors with the knowledge, skills, and abilities for teaching course materials in a classroom or practical environment. Training meets NMLEA Basic Instructor Requirements to obtain a General Instructor Certification.
This 1-day/8-hour course is designed to provide instructors with additional knowledge, skills, abilities, methods, and strategies for teaching in today's law enforcement and public safety learning environments. Training meets NMLEA update requirements to re-certify as a General Instructor.
This 3-day/24-hour course is designed to prepare Field Training Officers for the roles and responsibilities of training new hire and lateral officers in today's law enforcement and public safety environments. Training follows National Standards for FTO including the San Jose Model.
This 3-day/24-hour course is designed to prepare Communications Training Officers for the roles and responsibilities of training new hire and lateral telecommunicators in today's law enforcement and public safety environments. Training follows National Standards for CTO including the San Jose Model.
Investigative Courses
This 2-day/16-hour course is designed to prepare background investigators for identifying suitable and qualified candidates through an in-depth investigative process for law enforcement, public safety, and other government agency safety sensitive positions.
